Help Scout Beacon is used as the intake and ticketing channel so the request, attachments, status, and follow-up communications remain tied to one operational thread.
Do not submit full card numbers, processor passwords, or unnecessary customer data.
Recommended records
- one recent processor statement
- fee summary or adjustment detail if available
- settlement or deposit report if the concern involves deposits
- screenshot of confusing line item or processor notice
- rough monthly card volume and transaction count if known
One statement is usually enough to begin. Additional periods can help compare changes across time.
Submission boundaries
CertumCore reviews payment records and operational evidence. The review does not require access to processor accounts, raw cardholder data, full card numbers, customer payment credentials, or bank login credentials.
If a document contains unnecessary customer data, redact it before submission when practical.
