CertumCore currently uses Help Scout, including its Beacon chat and support tools, to help manage customer inquiries, support requests, intake messages, and related communications. When you submit information through the website chat, contact form, support widget, or related intake path, the information you provide may be processed and stored by Help Scout on CertumCore’s behalf.
This information may include your name, business name, email address, message content, uploaded files, processor statements, fee summaries, settlement reports, screenshots, and other records you choose to provide.
Do not submit full card numbers, payment credentials, processor passwords, Social Security numbers, unnecessary customer personal information, or other sensitive information that is not needed for the review.
These providers are used to support operations and are not permitted by CertumCore to use submitted data for unrelated purposes.
7. Your Rights
You may request to:
- access information you have provided
- request correction of inaccurate information
- request deletion of information, subject to operational or legal constraints
8. No Financial Custody
CertumCore does not process, store, or hold payment credentials such as full card numbers. Verification services are based on observational and analytical review of provided data.
